About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Jenn and I was once feeling stuck, overwhelmed, ashamed of how I looked and I didn’t even know where to start to break free from my emotional eating. 

After a decade of trial and error, I learned how to gain control of my emotions before reaching for food. Through my own journey of eating nourishing food, moving my body, radical self love and connecting deep within to resolve the trauma that had been fueling my eating, it has become my passion to empower others to do the same. 

It takes intention and effort to break these strong emotional patterns, so don’t be hard on yourself as I still struggle every once and awhile.  Just know that we are making a positive step forward in our journey and that I am here to guide every step of the way.
